Canada’s 100 Best is the definitive guide to the country’s culinary scene. It is a bi-annual publication. Its spring issue ranks the the top 100 restaurants in Canada. The winter issue provides readers with recipes from Canada’s top chefs.
I was hired in 2018 to redesign, produce and art direct photoshoots for both 2018 issues and 2019’s Spring issue.
